30+ years film making.
640+ gospel videos.
The filming environment we work with today is a far cry from where we began over two decades ago.
We may add more archive videos here in due time.
Beginning in 1975, we experimented with Super 8 silent films. Our first serious documentary was filmed in Israel ten years later using VHS equipment.
Our first digital video was filmed using a Connectix Quickcam and streamed in 1997. Another camera we used for several years was a Panasonic VHS camera converted to capture a digital signal directly to a Windows 98 computer. Eventually we purchased a Canon Pro video camera, followed by a similar Sony camera, with both cameras capturing video via FireWire.
Many of our videos have since been filmed using a series of Canon DSLRs. Today we use two BlackMagicDesign Cinema Cameras, a GoPro for drone footage, as well as a DJI gimbal camera.
We no longer host links to our old videos, as many of the links are broken (as we used to host each video on users' private web space). All this, of course, was long before the YouTube era. You'll notice, however, that even though many of our more recent videos are hosted on YouTube, we also stream a redundant HTML5 version from our server.
In the past few months we've been experimenting with live streaming.
Our work over the years has been simply to share the good news of Jesus Christ and his invitation to an entirely new life.
